Here in Greater Des Moines, it's easy to be a kid. Whether your idea of household fun is a skate park, a smash park, a theme park, or an actual park, Des Moines is the perfect escape, no matter if you're young or just young at heart.
Gee, what could be more fun than spring break with the kids? Those stunning kids getting on the sofa, fighting with each other, making a mess all over they go. It's sufficient to drive a moms and dad wild. Get out of the home. Here's a list of things you can do with the rugrats free of charge, and they're enjoyable, too.

Totally free parking. If you're fortunate, you may see gray whales offshore here at this time of year. You'll see whale watchers on the patio area with their telescopes and field glasses. The program "Planted Creations: Garden Art" is fun for grades 7-12 at the library. 4:30 -6 p.m. Decorate a terracotta pot with paint pens. Dig in and create your own garden task.

There will be a timed egg scramble for kids ages 10 and under, enjoyable art activities, a kids play zone, live student musical, dance efficiencies, a community walking at 10:30 a.m. and more.
